By accessing and using BiohackerAlliance.com ("the Website"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use of Service

BiohackerAlliance.com provides a platform connecting users with transformation experts, biohacking specialists, and health coaches. By using this service, you agree to:

• •Maintain the security of your account credentials
• •Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• •Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

3. Expert Directory

Our expert directory is a platform for independent professionals. We:

• •Do not employ or directly supervise listed experts
• •Are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or legality of expert services
• •Reserve the right to remove experts from the platform at our discretion
• •Encourage users to verify credentials before engaging services

4. Expert Applications & Onboarding

Experts applying to be listed on our platform go through a multi-step onboarding process:

1. Application: Submit your profile via /expert/apply with professional information and credentials.
2. Review: Our team reviews each application within approximately 48 hours to verify accuracy and suitability.
3. Approval: Approved applicants receive an email with a link to select their subscription plan.
4. Payment: Choose a plan and complete payment via Stripe to activate your listing.

All applicants must:

• •Provide truthful and accurate information about qualifications and experience
• •Hold appropriate certifications and licenses as required by applicable law
• •Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their field of practice
• •Accept that listing is subject to admin approval, ongoing review, and may be revoked at any time
• •Not misrepresent credentials, titles, or professional experience

We reserve the right to reject or remove any application without stating reasons, particularly in cases of inaccurate information, professional misconduct, or violations of these Terms.

5. Subscription Plans & Payments

Biohacker Alliance offers three paid plans for approved experts. All plans are available exclusively to experts who have been approved through our application process.

All prices are listed in EUR and are exclusive of applicable VAT or other taxes unless otherwise stated.

Billing & Cancellation

• •Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically on the same calendar date each month
• •You may cancel your paid subscription at any time via your expert dashboard; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period
• •Upon cancellation, your profile reverts to the Free (Alliance Member) tier — it is not removed from the directory
• •No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period
• •Plan upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle
• •In case of failed payment, access to paid plan features may be suspended until payment is successfully resolved
• •We reserve the right to adjust pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers

Badges & Plan Status

Each active expert profile is assigned a visible badge that reflects their current plan level: Alliance Expert, Alliance Pro, or Alliance Authority. Partner profiles may display an Official Partner badge. Badges are assigned and may be adjusted by Biohacker Alliance administration at any time without affecting the underlying subscription.

Payment Processing via Stripe

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. (354 Oyster Point Blvd, South San Francisco, CA 94080, USA). Biohacker Alliance does not store credit card or payment details on its own servers. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and acknowledge that Stripe may collect and process your payment data in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on BiohackerAlliance.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Biohacker Alliance or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.

7. Community Features

Biohacker Alliance operates a Community page (/community) which provides:

• •A contact form for general inquiries, content suggestions, speaker requests, and feedback
• •A newsletter sign-up to receive curated biohacking insights and updates
• •Information about the Biohacker Alliance International Partner Program (Zinzino)

By submitting any form on the Community page, you agree to be contacted by our team at the email address you provided. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@biohackeralliance.com. For details on how your data is handled, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Partnership Inquiries

Biohacker Alliance welcomes collaboration with organizations, researchers, and brands in the fields of longevity, performance technology, nutritional science, and expert networking. You can submit a partnership inquiry via /partnerships.

By submitting a partnership inquiry, you acknowledge that:

• •Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a partnership arrangement
• •Our team reviews all submissions and typically responds within 48 hours
• •Any resulting collaboration will be governed by a separate agreement
• •We reserve the right to decline any partnership inquiry at our sole discretion

9. Zinzino Partner Program

Biohacker Alliance operates as an independent Zinzino partner and presents the Zinzino International Partner Program on the page /career/zinzino-business-opportunity. This page allows individuals to apply for a free discovery call to learn more about becoming an independent Zinzino partner themselves.

By applying for a discovery call, you acknowledge that:

• •Biohacker Alliance acts solely as an independent Zinzino partner; we are not employees, agents, or legal representatives of Zinzino Oy
• •Applying for a discovery call creates no obligation on either side
• •Any contractual relationship entered into with Zinzino is subject to Zinzino's own terms and conditions
• •Income potential and results vary; no specific financial outcomes are guaranteed
• •Your contact data may be shared with Zinzino as the program operator, solely for the purpose of processing your application

10. Affiliate Relationships

BiohackerAlliance.com participates in affiliate marketing programs. Some links on our website may be affiliate links, and we may receive a commission for purchases made through these links at no additional cost to you.

In particular, the Shop link on our website leads to a Zinzino affiliate storefront. Biohacker Alliance may receive compensation when purchases are made through this link. This does not affect the independence of our editorial content or expert directory.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
